Now OFFICIAL! Manchester United’s first signing for the new season…Dutch midfielder “Donny van de Beek” signs a five-year contract, with an option to extend for a further year. (£35 Million + £4M in add-ons) Given the no.34 shirt at Old Trafford.
The 23-year old joins Ole Gunnar’s side from Ajax, came through the ranks of the Ajax youth system, making his senior debut in 2015. Donny van de Beek has experience in European competitions…was a key player in UCL 2018/19 when Ajax reached the semis. Made 159 appearances, 40 goals and 43 assists during his time at the Eredivisie club.
