OFFICIAL: Barcelona signs Robert Lewandowski from Bayern Munich for $50M

Good news for Barca fans!!! It’s finally done. Barcelona and Bayern Munich have agreed the transfer of polish star Robert Lewandowski to Spotify Camp Nou for a fee of $50million. (45 million euros plus five million euros in variables)

The 33yr-old Polish striker has over 600 goals in his football career, winning 17 trophies in total currently, joined German giants Bayern Munich from rivals Borussia Dortmund on free transfer. At Bayern, Lewy established himself as one of the deadliest strikers in World Football. One of his greatest highlights at Bayern was his “5-goals in 9minutes” triller from the bench against Wolfsburg.

After numerous consistent negotiations between the two big clubs, The former Dortmund man has finally gotten his wish granted by Bayern. Italian transfer expert Romano just confirmed hours ago on social media that Bayern have agreed to send Lewandowski to Barcelona as the Spanish giants made their final offer. Lewy also asked Bayern to allow him leave this Friday in order to join his new club Barcelona this weekend, and then travel to the United States to join the team’s preseason.

A really good addition for not just FC Barcelona alone, but also La Liga & El Clasico😉.

Robert Lewandowski: “These 8 years were special, you don’t forget that. I had a great time in Munich. I’m going to fly soon, but after the training camp (with Barcelona in the US), I will be back to say goodbye properly and organize a few things”.
