The Reds have officially completed the signing of Spanish International Thiago Alcantara from Bayern Munich. According to media, the move costed Jurgen Klopp’s side £20m.
The talented midfielder joins the Premier League Champions on a four-year deal, after seven seasons with German giants Bayern where he won seven Bundesliga titles, seven other domestic trophies, Club World Cup and the Champions League trophy last month in Lisbon.
Liverpool have been chasing the 29-year old all summer, Thiago will wear the no.6 shirt at Anfield and could make his new club debut next Thursday in the Carabao Cup.
