FOOTBALL: Chelsea sign Thiago Silva from PSG on free transfer

3rd signing, 3rd defender in 3 days for Frank Lampard as Chelsea sign Ex-PSG captain Thiago Silva.

The Brazilian International joins the Blues as a free agent, after 8 years with French giants Paris Saint-Germain…winning 25 trophies in total, including seven Ligue 1 titles.

The centre-back becomes Chelsea’s newest defender after Ben Chilwell (signed from Leicester City) and Malang Sarr (signed from Nice).
