German youngster Kai Havertz is one of Europe’s most wanted prospects. The Bayer Leverkusen star has scored a remarkable 12 goals this season, including his brace in the 4-1 victory over Werden Bremen few days ago.
City boss Pep Guardiola is a keen admirer of the youngster and has sent scouts to watch him as Manchester City seeks to recruit new talents this summer. With David Silva leaving at the end of season, Leroy Sane linked to join Bayern Munich and Sergio Aguero reaching the ending stages of his brilliant career, City set to reinforce their squad as quickly as possible.
Havertz is valued at £100million by Leverkusen, able to play as a winger, attacking midfielder or striker. He’s also closely monitored by Chelsea and Manchester United.
Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp also a huge fan of Kai Havertz, making the race to sign him a tougher battle between Premier league clubs.
