Yesterday’s Sunday action saw Pep’s men totally annihilate Sarri’s boys at the Etihad Stadium. Another master class performance👏 from the Premier league holders with Sergio Kun Aguero🇦🇷 bagging a hat trick⚽⚽⚽, as well as goals from Raheem Sterling⚽⚽(2) and Ikay Gundogan⚽ making it a humiliating 6-0 thrashing(Chelsea’s worst defeat in history) just days after Chelsea’s 5-0 win against Huddersfield.
It all started when Sterling opened scoring at just 4mins😱,by 25mins Chelsea were trailing 4-0 already😯. Second half,Aguero completed his hat trick and Sterling netted another wrapping it up.
The fans of Chelsea were so frustrated😠😤,some Blues fan shed tears😰😭😢 during the match. It was that bad. Aguero also equalled Alan Shearer’s record of the most EPL hat tricks⚽⚽⚽(11). Pep’s City😎 are leading the race once more for the title and Liverpool to face Manchester United as the Premier league action continues.
This win sees City remain top🔝 of the league while Chelsea drops down⬇ to 6th place. At the end of the match,Chelsea’s coach Maurizio Sarri refused to shake hands with City boss Pep Guardiola. Chelsea captain Cesar Azpilicueta also apologized to the supporters of Chelsea football club saying “it was one of the worst days in his career”. One Chelsea fan even threw his membership card on the pitch when Chelsea defender Rudiger apologized for City loss.
