Ronaldinho Gaucho and his brother Roberto Assis have been granted conditional release from Paraguay prison after payment of $1.6m bail. ($800,000 each). Was with smiles, waved to fans and signed autographs while leaving jail.

The former Barcelona star was arrested alongside his brother for using fake passports.

After spending 32 days in prison, both will now spend time(house arrest) awaiting trial at the Hotel Palmaroga in Asuncion, two miles from the prison, under police surveillance.
