Mortal Kombat co-creator Ed Boon made promise of a “BIG” surprise in 2020 for the franchise videogame.
In an interview with Terra Brasil,he hinted they weren’t through with the Mortal Kombat series but will take a bit of turn due to events of the latest game “Mortal Kombat 11” which signified the “end of the story”.
Look forward to new characters and expect bigger “fatalities” on screen. Big plans for Jax,Spawn,The Joker,Sindell and many more in 2020.
Another Mortal Kombat movie also on board,currently in its pre-production stage. The movie is due to release in 2021.
