Bayern Munich lifted their 7th consecutive Bundesliga title after beating Frankfurt 5-1 at the Allianz Arena.
After several days of competition for the trophy between Bayern and second place Dortmund,the bavarians couldn’t slip on the final day.
It was also an emotional day for the German giants as legendary players Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery played their last game for the club. Rafinha also marked his last game in a Bayern Munich shirt too.
Both wingers scored in the 5-1 victory over Frankfurt. Robben scored his 99th bundesliga goal while Ribery his 86th.
