Matthijs De Ligt AGREES to join JUVENTUS

After several weeks of transfer speculations,former Ajax Captain Matthijs De Ligt agrees to join Italian giants Juventus. 

The 19-year old defender was no doubt the *talk of the summer transfer window,followed by the Neymar SAGA*.

With Barcelona,Paris Saint-Germain,Liverpool and host of top clubs keen on signing him,it seems De Ligt wanted Juventus more probably because of Cristiano Ronaldo. Not forgetting during Portugal’s victory over Netherland in the European Nations final,Ronaldo spoke to the dutch defender about playing together in Turin as teammates.

Few weeks ago,De Ligt admitted his admiration for Cristiano Ronaldo as the best footballer. Juventus has finally gotten his signature for a fee worth over €75m.

During De Ligt’s 3 seasons with Ajax,he won the Eredivisie and the Dutch Cup,
and was Europa League finalist in 2017.
