Tottenham Hotspur have completed their second signing with highly rated midfielder Tanguy Ndombele from Ligue 1 club Lyon.

Their first signing was Leeds United winger Jack Clarke for €11m.

The French midfielder was signed by Spurs for a record €70m. The 22-year old helped Lyon finish 3rd last season in Ligue 1.
