Real Madrid released their statement of agreement this Friday evening stating their purchase of Belgium winger Eden Hazard from Chelsea FC for £130m(till 2024).
Both clubs agreed an upfront payment of £100m for the star man. Since his move from Lille,Hazard spent 7 years at Stamford Bridge winning 2 Premier leagues,2 Europa leagues and one FA cup for the Blues.
Hazard released an emotional statement for his Chelsea fans,family and supporters of Chelsea football club. It’s been his dream as a child to play for Real Madrid..now he has gotten the opportunity to write a new chapter in his footballing career.
The 28-year old will be presented at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu this Thursday 13th June to the Madrid fans. He’s been house-hunting for weeks at the Spanish capital.
Eden Hazard becomes Real Madrid’s 3rd signing after Eder Militao(from Porto) and Luka Jovic (from Frankfurt).
